While the Free People Version is bigger, I do love the size of the dupe, plus the significant price difference—about $40 less—makes the Amazon dupe carryall an appealing choice for achieving the same look.

After buying countless Amazon tees and returning most of them, I was skeptical when I found this dupe. I own both and truthfully, I love the Amazon version better! The material, the fit—everything is just perfect. I want one in every color. It runs a little more crop length, but with mid/high-rise bottoms, it’s great and it covers my mid section (and I’m tall!). Plus, I can get a little front tuck in, and I love how the back dips a bit lower. Just LOVE!

Honestly, if you don’t plan to wear socks – I’d get the original Birkenstocks. They will breathe whether you wear socks or not. The dupes are comfy and great for growing feet. However the materials are not as great, you feet WILL sweat if you don’t wear socks. This design is timeless, if you can swing it – invest in the real ones.
